People who would like to eat “Omega-3-consciously” can eat fish twice a week or take fish oil capsules, as well as find a number of supermarket products enriched with Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA/DHA).
Their advantage: They bring variety and offer alternatives to people who do not like or are not able to eat fish. When buying products, look for the Arbeitskreis Omega-3 e. V. signet on the packaging!
